Thinkubator offers accelerator program for early stage startups

The new, Copenhagen based accelerator program Thinkubator (http://thinkubator.dk/) is a new 10 week growth opportunity for ambitious, early stage startups. It is created by DARE2mansion along with high profile corporate partners.

Accepted startups receive free office space at DARE2mansion (www.DARE2mansion.com), a grant of 2000 euro to kick-start their dreams, access to world class knowledge partners like Singularity University, and the chance to collaborate with top management from companies like SAXO.com and Call me. Unlike other accelerator programs Thinkubator takes no equity, but has first right of refusal, which means that if you get an offer for investment, we have the right to match that offer and make that investment first. To become a part of Thinkubator you don’t need to have proof of concept or proof of business. They accept very early stage startups.

Thinkubator uses its focus on diversity to produce high-impact, innovative solutions. Merging corporate innovation with startup acceleration, established companies co-create with early stage startups to develop ground-breaking solutions to pressing problems.

Many big corporations have this problem that they focus their energy on protecting the resources and assets that they already have rather than trying to build new innovative products. Startups are opposite. They are really innovative, but need resources and know-how. So we see a great opportunity to build a bridge that lets startups and corporates be disruptive by working together and leverage each others assets to have the most positive scalable impact. – Kris Østergaard, co-founder DARE2mansion and Thinkubator

To apply for Thinkubator all you need is an idea. The program seeks awesome teams and awesome people and therefore proof of concept or business are not pre-requisites.

The goal of thinkubator’s accelerator is to provide even early-stage startups with opportunities to keep on scaling and creating positive impact even after the program finishes. They will have chances at funding, collaborations with our corporate partners SAXO.com and Call me, as well as recruitment opportunities to find the potential employees, interns, or co-founder they need. – Kris Østergaard, co-founder DARE2mansion and Thinkubator
