PUUPPOLA, FINLAND — Startup founders are set to swap the traditional boardroom stage for the passenger seat of a high-speed rally car. Organizers have invited startups and investors to attend Rally Pitch Finland 2026 on July 29 at the Tommi Mäkinen Headquarters in Puuppola, located approximately 10 kilometers from Jyväskylä.
The unique concept challenges company founders to deliver their pitch from inside a World Rally Championship (WRC) car traveling at full speed. Sharing driving duties for the event are motorsport legends Tommi Mäkinen, a four-time WRC Champion, and Marcus Grönholm, a two-time WRC Champion.
To maximize the impact of every run, each pitch will be recorded using high-end video production and streamed live directly to the venue’s display screens. This ensures that every high-adrenaline presentation is turned into lasting media content that extends well beyond the physical event day.
The invite-only gathering will bring together a selected cohort of startups, investors, corporate partners, and international delegations. Attendees can expect a packed schedule featuring live rally-car pitch sessions, high-level networking opportunities, VIP hospitality, keynote speakers, and behind-the-scenes access to the event’s production.
Event proceedings will begin at 10:30 when doors open, followed by a formal welcome at 12:30. The first rally car pitches will hit the track at 13:00, with the event area remaining open until 21:00. Members of the press are encouraged to attend to film, cover the proceedings, and conduct interviews with participants throughout the day.
