Feedbackly raises €500,000 funding for product expansion

Finnish startup, Feedbackly, is dedicated to improving customer experiences as well as helping companies to increase their sales. The company has now raised a €500,000 funding round to help bring their new Software as a Service (SaaS) product to the market.

When a company uses Feedbackly they are able to aggregate feedback from their clients in all manners, from brick-and-mortar businesses, e-commerce sites, email, and even SMS.

The company (formerly titled Tapin Feedback) has rebranded themselves to speed up for their global expansion. “Our new approach brings with it a new name and branding that we are really excited about. The name Feedbackly really represents what we do and what our customers can do with us”, tells CEO, Jaakko Männistö.

The new all-in-one product helps companies cut costs in analyzing customer feedback.

Feedbackly has also just gathered new funding worth €500K bringing their total funding to €740K. The funding that Feedbackly has gathered will be used for bringing the new software to market spring 2016. This funding will also serve to fuel Feedbackly to serve in other markets internationally, most notably, Sweden, the UK, and Germany.

The toolkit functions as Software as a Service (SaaS) and it brings several benefits to the companies that utilise it. Companies are able to use it to gather in-depth information on what their customers think of them every step of the proverbial customer journey, not just at the end of a transaction, thus creating satisfied customers and improving sales.
